Catching up on a week's worth of photos.
Saturday, Little Bug ate cereal for breakfast- apparently he likes it!!! And for a toddler, he managed not to spill it all down his jammies. He is turning in such a little boy- all the babyness is going away. One Sleeping Bug- he usually sleeps under the fleece blanket I made him and the afghan that Rachel made for him. In this picture, he also has another blanket in the bed, but that is off to the side. He looks so precious and so peaceful.
Saturday, we went to the home and garden show. Little Bug loved the AGUA!!! And you must say it like that. I think every garden display had a fountain and he wanted to touch them all. I was hoping to get some contractors out for estimates on a small back porch- 2 feet by 3 feet with steps to the patio- but apparently the contractors must have enough business cause none of them were setting up appointments. I did get appointments for a pergola and some closet inserts- I really just want to see prices. We also saw play scapes for the backyard- unfortunately Little Bug will not be getting one of those- I do not need a second mortgage, so we will continue to look for alternatives to that.
We had dinner with Pap and after dinner, Bug and Pap shared an ice cream- Bug had his own ice cream, but he was more interested in eating everyone elses ice cream.
Today the weather was so nice, Pap and Bug had a swing on the porch while I grilled hamburgers and bratts. So in the space of 7 days we have seen snow, ice, freezing rain, sleet, rain, and temperatures in the 60s (F). Nothing like a recipe for colds.
Pictures from last Sunday (24Feb2008). We were at the Marriott in Indy, racing cars on the back of the booth while waiting for the NASCAR race to begin

Deb,
Cute pictures! I love the one of Little Bug sleeping. There's just something about a sleeping child.
Praying for you and your mom.
Julie
What a cute face! And isn't it funny how even if we are eating the same thing, it always tastes better if it is our food and not their own?
