OK, some of the pictures refuse to turn the right way. These are from our fun trip to the conservatory with Mam and Pap. My dad has lived in this town all his life and never been to the annual holiday display, my mother has not been in years. I have tried to go ever since I moved home in 2003. They also have a great butterfly show/festival in May- we will be attending that event.
So Little Bug all excited. 2 seconds before this picture he was pitching a fit because he wanted to take a picture with the camera. yep- we are having a great time
talking about the fishies in the pond.
The trains- the display turns on direction and the trains go in the opposite direction. it is like a huge music box in the center of the room.
The trains- the skyline in the display is our home town- it looks like it is made of glazed sticks and tissue paper- it is an awesome technique. Very different from all the other displays.
Mam and Pap with Nene. He was walking around with them while I pushed the stroller.
This is the best picture of Nene walking with Mam and Pap- he was so happy to have one of them on each hand.
The final picture - in the butterfly chair. Pap was explaining that sticking feet into the openings was not a wise choice- but of course it was the toddler's choice.
Tomorrow is the big day- I am so excited.
